Job Description:

The Data Manager is responsible for providing leadership for the Data Team that aligns with ITR's mission and vision within Crowe Consulting. This role supervises and monitors the Data Department workflow. The Data Manager reports to the Director of Economic Research.

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Oversees and provides leadership and training to the Data Team.
• Ensures that all presentations are completed and sent to the speakers and/or the clients on time.
• Ensures quality control for presentations.
• Works with other departments to resolve operational problems.
• Works on data projects, including rebasing, data revisions, research, and troubleshooting.

• Assists with updating data and presentations as needed.
• Performs all other duties as necessary or assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related area preferred.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access.
• Proficient skill in PowerPoint and SQL
• High attention to detail.
• Problem solving ability.
• Interest in and understanding of Economics.
• Ability to lead efficient and productive meetings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
• 5 years of experience in a data driven environment.
• 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
