We rely on our team of talented and determined people to provide reliable products with unmatched service. We are seeking a Masonry Field Installation Specialist for our location in Astatula, FL. Military service members and veterans are encouraged to apply. Job Duties:
- Lay 6" and 8" block, primarily at elevator fronts (infill) in four-story buildings.
- Perform layout and bond walls according to project plans.
- Maintain clean, precise work, including float finishing and pointing the top course.
- Work off 3' scaffolding built to OSHA standards.
- Keep work areas clean and organized.
- Handle constant heavy lifting throughout the job.
- Mix mortar and operate power tools such as wet-cut saws.
- Occasionally drive a company truck and pull a 16' trailer.
- Collaborate with the mason as a team to maximize productivity.
- Clean up work areas thoroughly upon completion and maintain company equipment.
- Adhere strictly to safety guidelines at all times.
Work Environment:
- Work in indoor and outdoor weather conditions, including extreme hot or cold temperatures.
- Work near moving machinery and equipment - could include electrical hazards.
- Work in a noisy environment

Experience & Qualifications:
- Local residence in Lake, Sumter, or Orange County, FL, or willingness to relocate is preferred.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Flexible availability to accommodate overtime hours.
- Full-time position supporting multiple job sites.
- Transportation provided for travel outside of Lake County.
- Local work opportunities available at the plant when not traveling.
- Prior experience in commercial mid-rise masonry is preferred.
