Responsibilities

The candidate will provide MDA with systems analysis expertise to develop new Missile Defense System capabilities to identify lethal objects. This individual will integrate into a multi-discipline, multi-source/industry team providing analysis, management, and general technical/scientific support/services/products as an integral member of the MDA Counter-Countermeasures and Discrimination Directorate. Develop and formulate options for improving the Missile Defense System's Discrimination and Electronic Protection capabilities. Maintain an understanding of MDA Element Program efforts for Discrimination and Electronic Protection.


Qualifications

  • MA/MS degree and 12+ years (or BA/BS degree with 20+ years) working on missile defense-related or other complex, large DoD programs/projects
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Systems engineering analysis and process management
  • Technical performance assessments
  • Development and review of engineering requirements, CONOPS, and integrated schedules
  • Risk analysis and mitigation development
  • Knowledgeable of Missile Defense fundamentals
  • Knowledgeable of radar and Electronic Protection fundamentals.
