The Campbell's Condensed Soup team is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to help drive meaningful growth on our flagship brand. This individual will come with a natural curiosity for our business, customers, and consumers which they will leverage to solve critical business problems across the soup category. What you will do...

The Marketing Coordinator will provide execution, coordination, and analytical support to the Campbell's Condensed and wider Soup & Broth teams to ensure timely, accurate delivery of information and commercialization efforts for the business. He or She will lead package and/or product updates and assist in other major commercialization initiatives. The marketing coordinator will be expected to assist with budget management, coordination of major marketing materials, portfolio information, and market data analytics. He or She will also be asked to assist the other marketers to help coordinate the collection and synthesis of major pieces of information, critical meetings and presentations.

Who will you work with...

  • The Campbell's Condensed Soup team is a close-knit, collaborative team striving to accelerate growth on our flagship brand. Our diverse set of backgrounds creates a dynamic work environment in which we are continuously pushing each other to achieve new personal and professional heights.

  • Partner with Supply Chain process leaders to manage key project timelines including sales samples, temporary and sustaining artwork, legal and regulatory approvals. Coordinate sales specifications and partner with Sales Planning & Strategy to prepare selling presentations and sales materials

  • Partner with Supply Chain and Finance leadership to facilitate the Portfolio and Master planning process for US marketing

  • Lead label photography and manage packing artwork process for new/revised product launches. Lead minor package design projects including but not limited to coordinating mandatory regulatory updates to in-market packaging artwork.

  • Work with Brand, R&D and Sales to maintain the Soup SKU list with accurate and up to date information on images and financials.

  • Work with Design and Integrated Marketing on the Aprimo process.

What you will bring to the table... (Must Have)

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Minimum 1 year relevant experience in project management, marketing, sales or analytics (Advanced Degree/MBA may count as additional experience

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, namely PowerPoint, Excel and Project.

  • Exceptional time/project management and analytical skills.

  • Bachelor's Degree with major in Marketing

  • Experience in project management

  • Ability to quickly become proficient with IRI data.

  • Highly Collaborative with ability to build solid partnerships across functional boundaries.

  • Demonstrated consumer focus & natural curiosity.

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between

$59,200-$85,100

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
