The Office Manager maintains operation within budgetary parameters. Effectively interacts with patients, significant others and other health team members, while maintaining standard of professional business service. The Office Manager is accountable to the Practice Administration and Clinic director for the day-to-day management of personnel, including staffing, timekeeping, employee evaluations, counseling interviewing and selection of staff within established guidelines. The Office Manager spends 80% + of time performing expert duties related to clinic director and related areas of expertise; less than 20% of time is spent on the management activities. Qualifications EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING 1. Three to five years experience in health care practice office preferred 2. Management experience preferred 3. Computer and word processing skills 4. Knowledge of equipment and machines used in the clinics office 5. Knowledge of collection procedures and regulations 6. Bachelors Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance preferred 7.
