Workiva is looking for a Sales Enablement Lead for our Strategic sales segment that is experienced in enabling sellers to sell Workiva solutions to economic buyers in the office of Finance, Accounting and Sustainability. The Strategic Lead will be a collaborative partner with Sales Leadership, Analyst Relations, Industry Experts, Product Marketing and Product Management, to ensure Workiva Sales Leadership and Sellers are prepared for business conversations on issues facing Workiva customers. From the seller's first day at Workiva and beyond, the Strategic Lead will work in partnership with Sales Leadership to drive seller productivity through onboarding, instructor-led training and just-in-time learning that equips sellers, ensures comprehension and demonstrates readiness before they engage with customers. The Strategic Lead will influence the GTM motions, messaging and assets that support the Strategic team by enforcing sales consumability and usability as they work in partnership with Product Management and Product Marketing leads. As part of the Workiva Revenue Enablement organization, you will collaborate with Enablement Leadership and Field Coaches to create and deliver programs that reduce time-to-productivity and increase ARR in the Strategic sector by working proactively to prepare Sales Leadership to coach and drive best-practices. How You'll Be Rewarded Salary range in the US: $133,000.00 - $214,000.00A discretionary bonus typically paid annually Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire 401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits package The salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job in the US.
