Rockland Trust is seeking a summer intern to provide support to the Retail Training team which oversees Operational and Sales training for the bank branch and call center employees. The position requires strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as, organizational, computer and customer service skills. The Rockland Trust Retail Learning & Development team organizes and offers a blend of in-person and virtual instructor led training conducted at various locations across the bank footprint. In addition, the department also creates and implements digital self-guided courses for retail banking staff. Work Location: Hybrid - example: 3 days in various satellite locations, 2 days remote (flexible) Responsibilities include but are not limited to;
