Major/Essential Functions


  • Performs office duties and office related activities as assigned. Answers calls/inquiries concerning degree and certification programs.
  • Collects and maintains accurate data for state and federal reporting including uploading data for admissions, observations, placements, etc. including verifying accuracy for accountability and compliance.
  • Supports supervisor with state accountability.
  • Utilize EPP admission spreadsheets, certification and university data systems, interviews, etc. related to EPP admission and completion.
  • Works with student services and graduate staff to maintain positive rapport in the department, supporting recruiting and retention by providing quality service.
  • Supports administrative coordinator for recommendation and completion.
  • Attend meetings and other duties as assigned.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field plus one (1) year related experience; OR a combination of related education and/or experience to equal five (5) years.

Preferred Qualifications


  • Strong organizational skills, strong communication skills, strong customer service skills, strong use of technology for communication and maintaining records, ability to work with others or alone. Use of databases and technology to maintain accurate records.
  • Open minded, willing to receive feedback, attention to detail, deductive reasoning, certification experience, knowledge of public school roles.
  • Positive attitude, ability to make effective decisions in difficult situations, experience with conflict resolution.
