Description and Requirements We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Employee Digital Experience Program Manager to lead and manage the digital experience programs for our employees. This role will focus on optimizing the digital tools, platforms, and technologies that support the employee digital journey. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, Digital Transformation, User Experience, HR, Communications, and Operations, to ensure a seamless, user-centered, and innovative digital experience for all employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital project management, solid understanding of user experience (UX) principles and practices, and employee engagement strategies. You will be responsible for driving initiatives that enhance productivity, collaboration, and satisfaction by leveraging technology solutions that meet the needs of a diverse and evolving workforce. Key Responsibilities: 1. Program Strategy and Leadership: - Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for the employee digital experience, focusing on improving the usability and adoption of internal platforms, communication tools, and resources. - Collaborate with business transformation, IT, and other departments to identify digital needs, pain points, and opportunities for improvement across the employee digital ecosystem. - Partner with the User Experience team in the design and implementation of new digital initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and employee needs. - Drive continuous improvements in the digital ecosystem, incorporating feedback from employees at all levels. - Coordinate and manage annual budget cycle process for Digital Experience program. 2. Project Management: - Manage the end-to-end delivery of employee experience digital programs, including defining scope, setting timelines, allocating resources, and tracking progress. - Ensure programs are executed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. - Oversee a portfolio of digital initiatives, balancing short-term wins with long-term strategic goals. 3. User-Centered Design and Implementation: - Partner with UX/UI teams to ensure employee-facing platforms (e.g., sales & partner tools) are user-friendly and accessible. - Coordinate and align with UX teams on user research, gather feedback, and perform data analysis to continually refine digital experiences. - Drive continuous improvements in the digital ecosystem, incorporating feedback from employees at all levels. 4. Change Management and Adoption: - Work with internal communication teams to create compelling change management plans, including training materials, communication campaigns, and onboarding strategies. - Foster a culture of digital adoption by promoting the benefits and usage of digital tools and platforms. - Measure employee engagement and satisfaction with digital experiences, and implement improvements based on feedback. 5. Cross-functional Collaboration: - Build strong partnerships with DT, IT, and other business units to ensure alignment and coordination across digital experience initiatives. - Serve as the central point of contact for employee-facing digital platforms and systems, troubleshooting issues and providing ongoing support. - Act as a liaison between employees and leadership, ensuring that digital initiatives align with organizational goals and the needs of the workforce. 6. Analytics and Reporting: - Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to employee engagement, platform usage, and overall satisfaction with digital tools. - Analyze trends and feedback to identify opportunities for further optimization and growth of the digital experience. Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in program management, digital transformation, or employee experience. - Proven track record in managing cross-functional projects with a focus on user experience (UX) and employee engagement. - Strong understanding of change management principles and techniques, with a focus on employee adoption and training. - Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. - Ability to think strategically while executing tactically and delivering results. Preferred Qualifications: - Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., MBA, Engineering, IT). - Certified in Project Management (PMP) - Experience with design thinking or agile methodologies. - Familiarity with employee engagement platforms, survey tools, and analytics platforms - Knowledge of modern work trends, including remote work technologies and flexible work environments. - Experience working in a global organization or managing digital initiatives across diverse employee populations.
