Assist in the coordination, development, and implementation of a variety of program and project management activities. Support the Program Managers and Leadership Team by providing support on technical and operational tasks across multiple project phases and contracts. Compensation & Benefits: Estimated Starting Salary Range for Jr. Program Coordinator: $35,000 - $40,000 Pay commensurate with experience. - Coordinates the production of weekly and monthly report deliverables.
- Provides report contributors with reminders and ample time for cross team collaboration and executive review prior to submission.
- Screens/distributes materials to appropriate staff and assigns taskers and follow-up for completion.
- Responsible for content and visual editing for consistency on all presentations and formal program collateral.
- Researches assigned topics and prepares special reports and findings.
- Performs tasks associated with meeting support.
- Works with key POCs across multiple departments to exchange and gather information for reporting and compliance.
- Ensures documentation is submitted on schedule and complies with program requirements.
- Provides ad-hoc administrative support to Operations.
- Assists the Program Managers with activities including, but not limited to, planning, scheduling, reporting, organizing, coordinating, and directing internal resources to achieve requirements and service levels.
- Develops and supports program schedule and performs weekly updates for inclusion in client deliverables as required.
- Coordinates the activities of multiple parties including internal resources, engineering, procurement, project management, subcontractors, vendors and necessary third parties required for the successful execution and delivery of program requirements.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested: Bachelor's degree required. Microsoft Excel experience required. Experience successfully coordinating, planning and evaluating and measuring performance for projects preferred. Experience working for a government contractor is required.
- Knowlege Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, Access, Project, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- PowerPoint skills including the ability to format presentations and documentation that is client facing.
- Experience utilizing Salesforce.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent oral, verbal, written communication skills.
- Ability to quickly understand the context of a situation and pull together the right resources to meet a deadline.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work in a team environment to accomplish the goals of the team and organization.
- Ability to lead or contribute to the development of technical reports and procedures.
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check required.
- Ability to pass U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
