Regional Manager Continuum of Care

What will you be Doing:

The Regional Manager is a field based sales role that requires constant client facing interaction. This position requires 60 - 80% (3-4 days) of travel per week. Responsible for recruitment of new members and supporting the growth and maintenance of existing membership.

Infusion Services: Key focus is on the infusion pharmacy marketplace, which consists of, but is not limited to: closed-door and combo home infusion providers, infusion suites, physician's offices, and specialty pharmacy providers.

Long Term Care: Key focus is on the Long Term Care pharmacy provider marketplace, which consists of, but is not limited to: closed-door and combo long term care pharmacy providers servicing skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, correctional facilities, group homes and other institutionalized patients.

Senior Living: Key focus is on the senior living marketplace, which consists of, but is not limited to: senior living, hospitality and schools. Key classes of trade are assisted living, and skilled nursing.

Strategic Accounts: Key focus is on healthcare facilities such as Assisted Living Communities, Independent Living Communities, Active Adult Retirement Communities and CCRC's.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibility #1- 70%

* Cultivate new client opportunities through a combination of direct and telephone contact.
* Reach sales goals by obtaining new business: cold calling & prospecting involved.
* Continually seek market intelligence for new leads.
* Deliver effective presentations on the total value of the contract portfolio and company services.
* Interact with internal team to assure account set-up and necessary follow-up.
* Focus is on the home infusion provider marketplace, infusion suites, specialty pharmacy providers and physician's offices.

Responsibility #2 - 20%

* Regular visits to existing member base.
* Retain key customer base by educating customers about Innovatix value added programs.
* Develop a comprehensive analysis of savings opportunities through the use of purchase reports.
* Deliver effective presentations on the total value of the contract portfolio and company services

Responsibility #3 - 10%

* Following up on new/existing member paperwork, completing/sending member designation forms.
* Making sure focus contracts are up to date.
* Completing monthly expenses.
* Setting appointments new prospects/existing members.
* Attend tradeshows & internal meetings as needed.

Required Qualifications

Work Experience:

Years of Applicable Experience - 5 or more years

Education:

High School Diploma or GED (Required)

Preferred Qualifications

Skills:

  • Sales

  • Account management

  • Healthcare Industry Knowledge

Relevant Experience to include:

  • Must have a results driven attitude with a hunger for success.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems.

  • Strong analytic skills required.

Education:

Bachelors

Working Conditions: Remote Travel Requirements: Travel 81-100% within the US Physical Demands: Sedentary: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves remaining stationary most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if movement is required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met. Premier's compensation philosophy is to ensure that compensation is reasonable, equitable, and competitive in order to attract and retain talented and highly skilled employees. Premier's internal salary range for this role is $64,000 - $118,000. Final salary is dependent upon several market factors including, but not limited to, departmental budgets, internal equity, education, unique skills/experience, and geographic location. Premier utilizes a wide-range salary structure to allow base salary flexibility within our ranges.
