Clinical Nurse Specialist

Job Overview:

Trinitas Regional Medical Center, an RWJBarnabas Health facility, was established in 2000 through the consolidation of Elizabeth General Medical Center and St. Elizabeth Hospital. The Trinitas nursing float pool provides extraordinary care to patients across all populations, including Med/Surg 38 bed unit, Telemetry 38 bed unit and Oncology 22 bed unit.

The Clinical Nurse Specialist will be responsible for providing clinical nursing expertise to bedside staff to promote an environment of safe and effective care for all patients.The individual in this position will provide complex wound care; perform palliative care assessments; and lead nursing teams to promote safe and evidence based patient care.

Qualifications:

MSN required with 3-5 years of bedside clinical experience,

Leadership experience preferred.
