Key Responsibilities:

Under Limited Supervision, provide software migration project oversight from ServiceMax to ServiceNow, some of the tasks included are:

  • Develop and maintain the overall project plan, aligning timelines, resources, and milestones with business objectives.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Create and implement governance frameworks to ensure effective decision-making and accountability.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders
  • Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to provide status updates, address concerns, and ensure alignment.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and negotiate scope changes or resource adjustments as needed.
  • Oversee cross-functional teams involved in the migration effort, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
  • Work closely with technical leads, data migration specialists, and business analysts to resolve issues and dependencies.
  • Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring accountability and progress toward project milestones.
  • Identify, document, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Proactively manage and resolve issues, escalating to senior leadership when necessary.
  • Develop contingency plans to address potential disruptions or delays.
  • Create and manage the project budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with organizational priorities.
  • Track project performance using key metrics, ensuring progress aligns with the plan.
  • Create and present detailed reports, dashboards, and executive summaries to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular project reviews and adjust strategies based on feedback and results.
  • Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and align with business requirements.
  • Oversee testing and validation phases, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Lead change management efforts to minimize disruption and support smooth user adoption.
  • Develop communication plans, training materials, and support resources to assist end-users.
  • Oversee the transition to steady-state operations, ensuring a seamless handover to long-term support teams
  • Conduct post-migration review to assess project success and document lessons learned.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with Agile transformation or coaching roles
  • Proven track record of launching and managing ARTs in a scaled Agile environment
  • High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a large, matrixed organization or IT department

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York or Washington as set forth below.
