Director, IKC Clinical Programs

The Director, IKC Clinical Programs, will lead the design, development, and execution of strategic initiatives that drive DaVita's value-based strategy for comprehensive health evaluations. This leader will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing a multi-year strategic vision. This high-impact, high-visibility role will oversee the scaling of transformative care interventions and the design of innovative capabilities to enhance the health outcomes of IKC patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Drive the creation, implementation, and evaluation of initiatives aligned with DaVita's care model strategy. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop a comprehensive multi-year plan for delivering value-based care.

• Innovation and Capability Development: Lead the design and execution of new, innovative capabilities or interventions to support IKC patients, including piloting and scaling high-impact programs.

• Operational Execution: Establish clear project objectives, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals. Oversee the execution of current interventions, analyzing clinical and operational data to inform continuous improvement.

• Performance Oversight: Develop and monitor clinical, financial, and operational performance metrics. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership to optimize care delivery.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, clinical, and compliance, to advance shared priorities and execute strategic plans effectively.

• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team to drive performance, ensuring accountability for project execution and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field preferred.

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in healthcare strategy, consulting, value-based care, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing complex projects with measurable outcomes.

• Strong expertise in value-based care strategy and operations, particularly within the healthcare industry.

• Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office products and familiarity with healthcare data analytics tools.

Travel and Other Requirements:

• Travel up to 15% may be required.
