Job Title: Infrastructure Project Manager (Remote)

• Performing daily standups, noting progress and blockers, ability to track and measure velocity using tools like Confluence, Workfront, and Service Now
• Collaborate with technology teams to improve efficiency and minimize waste by establishing guiding principles for prioritization, cross-team dependencies, and roadmap management through workshops.
• Build written standards and associated support documentation for tools and practices adopted by teams
• Work closely with leadership and collaborate across functions for clear and precise communications, status tracking, prioritizing backlog, and defining project scope and timelines.
• Responsible for coordinating interactions with collaborators and shared accountability for delivery
• Work with other teams to drive consistency across embraced practices, processes, and tools.
• Responsible for building a high-performing team of leaders that produce successful outcomes when pairing with project managers and technology teams to implement high-level project plans
• Responsible for bringing new tooling and technology solutions with a focus on streamlining processes and building independent, autonomous teams
• Accountable to ensure consistency with Security and Compliance policies and procedures within Project Management service scope.
• Must be proficient in Information Technology with knowledge and understanding of Connectivity Services (LAN, WAN, Network Security, IP Telephony, Videoconferencing).

• PMP, or Agile certified preferable or 8+ years of experience as Infrastructure Project Manager expert
• Proficient in Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, conducting executive level status updates and meetings.

The annual salary for this position is between $114,000 - $133,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
