We help our clients in their Business Transformation, Marketing and Content, Commerce, Digital Product Design, and Learning & Employee Experience. The role: The Experience Partner leads Sales, Solutioning, Storytelling, and Account Servicing for Cognizant Moment. Their purpose is to understand client needs, activate Cognizant Moment and related capabilities to solution against client needs, build a compelling story to convince clients to buy our services, and ultimately to grow and nurture the client relationship for additional sales and partnership. The Vertical/Market Experience Partner is accountable for performance targets in the Healthcare vertical. What the work is: The Experience Partner has four areas of responsibility:
We're ideally seeking someone who can manage a large and diverse portfolio of clients - within Healthcare. This breadth of industries is based primarily on the size of existing work we do. We may choose to create a more focused portfolio depending on experience level. To cover the full breadth, you'll no doubt have one or more direct reports that are specialists in a particular industry. What you'll need: Key capabilities you'll need for the role include:

The annual salary for this position is between $157,000 - $250,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
