Position Summary: Job Responsibilities: 1 Assists the Regulatory Compliance manager with performing all departmental regulatory audits for assessment of compliance with CAP DOH CMS JC and EPA regulations. Issues detailed reports with findings and suggests corrective actions for each non compliant finding. 2 Performs follow up audits to assess compliance with corrective actions stemming from regulatory inspections and quality improvement initiatives. 3 Facilitate and monitor staff compliance with NYULH required trainings including Regulatory training Lab Manual training Environmental Health; Safety training Follows up with any individuals that are out of compliance. Assigns training to individuals in FOCUS as needed. 4 Keeps track of licenses for MD PhD Technical staff and Reference Labs and ensure they are within the expiration date. Works with school of medicine and FGP staff to ensure staff and MD files including licenses are up to date and accurate. 5 Compilation: Critical Values dashboard data quarterly internal QIC submission 6 Reviews any reports of diagnosis of communicable diseases and reports them to NYC and/or NYS as required by city and/or state law 7 Special projects: Assists the Director Quality amp; Regulatory with projects and special assignments as requested Minimum Qualifications:

NYU Langone Health provides a salary range to comply with the New York state Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $100,000 - $125,000 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need.
