Responsibilities Administrative Technicians perform support functions for one or more staff in one or more functional areas. Completes, organizes and coordinates data, information, and activities for the functional area and cross-functional areas. Role may require specific knowledge of functional area processes, procedures, products, policies and programs. Administrative Technician duties may include compiling information, writing, editing, proofreading documents and reports; answering mail and phone inquiries; scheduling or planning meetings; making travel arrangements; completing expense reports; filing and data entry; maintaining office inventories and supplies. Role may prepare briefs, outlines, agendas, and presentations from publications, regulations, and documents. Responsive to internal and external customer needs. Role may perform HR support at location. Demonstrate strong commitment to safety, quality, environmental awareness, and continuous process improvement. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: HS Diploma, GED, or two (2) years equivalent work experience. Office environment with minimal physical exertion. Preferred Qualifications: Detail Oriented, self starter. Must possess effective communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. General office experience and basic operation of standard office equipment. Basic knowledge of PC's and software such as Windows, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint.
