About This Role
This position is in the College of Architecture, Planning and Design, (APDesign), Information Technology unit. We are looking for a team member who can work collaboratively to provide technical support to end users, manage IT equipment purchasing and inventory, and ensure seamless operation of audio-visual (AV) technology in our tech-rich classrooms. Additionally, responsible for the annual deployment of design applications to tech rich labs and classrooms, maintaining computer and virtual reality lab, and supporting maker space equipment, like laser cutters, large format plotters, and 3d printers. The hybrid work agreement for this position will include up to eight hours of remote work per week (20% remote, 80% on-site). Remote work is granted at the discretion of the direct supervisor.
