Join our Supply Chain team in the capacity of an Operation Analyst

The Supply Chain team at L'OREAL INTERNATIONAL DISTRIBUTION is in charge of planning the demand for and export of L'Oreal products in North America. The Operation team ensures the construction of sales forecasts in conjunction with the Business, Marketing and Finance teams as well as the management of supply across the entire scope of the territories. LID is driven by the spirit of conquering new markets. The Operations team plays a central role in the development of the Business of LID.

EACH DAY AS PART OF THIS TEAM, YOU CAN EXPECT TO:

Joining the Supply Chain LID team means joining a dynamic, agile team ready to meet the challenges that arise:

- participate in the functioning of flows on the territories and existing Businesses with the other LID teams (Commerce, Marketing, Finance, etc.)

- continuously optimize and improve processes and tools

HERE'S HOW YOU WILL HAVE A ROLE TO PLAY IN IT:

Contribute to the growth of the business by being an active team player and developing strong cross functional relationships with Finance, Marketing, Commercial, suppliers and clients.

Responsible for developing both short- and long-term end to end supply chain plans, develop and execute an inventory plan for a portfolio of items based on demand, actual orders, network lead times and available inventory.

Continuously improving customer service by managing invoices, orders, claims, pick up appointments, deliveries follow up and portfolio master data.

Supports operational efficiency and financial performance with weekly sales status, monthly sales meeting Identifying possible risks or opportunities for the business through operational KPI's.

Identifies ways to increase revenue, decrease expenses, and improve efficiency.

Collaborates with managers to set/ automatize procedures, policies, and processes.

Oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

THE SKILLS THAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED:

HARD SKILLS:

  • Master degree : Engineering / Commerce with specialization in Supply Chain
  • Work experience
  • Langages : English
  • Excel (formulas, pivot tables, power query...)
  • Knowledge SAP ECC (module MM)
  • Power BI is a plus

SOFT SKILLS:

  • Organized
  • Detail-oriented
  • Critical thinker
  • Results-oriented
  • Capacity to multi task and priorities
  • Team spirit and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Capacity to challenge internal and external teams at LID
  • Good communication (speak and written)
