POSITION: Assistant Manager, eCommerce

DEPARTMENT: eCommerce

REPORTS TO: Manager, eCommerce

LOCATION: St. Petersburg, Florida (SalonCentric National Operations Center)

SUMMARY:

The Assistant Manager for eCommerce will drive merchandising execution for all brands/categories on SalonCentric.com and the SalonCentric App. This position directly influences digital/omni-digital revenue & profitability through assortment management & promotional set up online. Understanding of the eCommerce journey (inclusive of merchandising strategies and promotional execution) is critical in this role. This individual is responsible for acquiring and managing digital assets which support product launches and SalonCentric digital priorities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working in a dynamic & fast-paced environment and has an Omni-channel mindset.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manages monthly requests, deliverables, and execution for all digital products.
  • Responsible for Product Detail Page set up and maintenance throughout the product life-cycle.
  • Executes promotional set up and QA, inclusive of sampling, to support profitability and omni-channel checkout paths.
  • Directly influences eCommerce/omni-channel sales through best-in-class eCommerce practices.
  • Supports manager by aiding in the development and acquisition of digital assets from brands.
  • Executes monthly site audit to ensure product and promotional accuracy and functionality.
  • Influence internal search and sorting rules.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ecommerce experience required, Salesforce Commerce Cloud preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree (Required) in marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or related fields (Preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
