WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:



  • Estimated Salary: $70,000-$120,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.
  • Benefits and Perks, 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.
  • Regular associates receive 11 paid holidays in 2025, which includes 2 floating holidays that are added to your prorated personal time to be used at your discretion.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:



  • Plan and manage team activities, including staffing, setting goals, and overseeing performance to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Establish and monitor objectives, policies, and processes, driving continuous improvement to enhance efficiency, service, and profitability.
  • Lead escalations, manage case activity, and resolve system or process issues while proactively addressing customer and business needs.
  • Develop and maintain a high-performing, engaged workforce through effective talent acquisition, coaching, and performance management.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on special projects, implementing innovative tools and processes, and staying informed about industry trends and regulations.



WHAT YOU'LL BRING:



  • Analytical and Financial Skills: Demonstrated aptitude for mathematics and statistical analysis, with the ability to decompose complex problems systematically; proficient in budget development and management.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities; adept at influencing and teaching others to foster development; skilled in building and maintaining professional relationships to achieve business objectives.
  • Technical Proficiency and Flexibility: Proficient in various software applications, including spreadsheets, word processing, email, and presentation tools; willing to travel up to 10% of the time.
  • You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
  • Ability to work at our home office located in Omaha, Nebraska, in a hybrid environment.



PREFERRED:



  • Possesses business knowledge in insurance industry trends and competitive products.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience and appropriate insurance designation or being actively pursued
