Looking for a seasoned and highly motivated credit analyst to become a "center of competence" on internal credit policies and to assess the creditworthiness of existing and new transactions. The role provides exposure to complex and highly structured project and hybrid financings and is ideal for someone who wants to be intellectually challenged and is passionate about working in the rapidly evolving energy transition sector. In addition, the team boasts a great culture, with smart and driven individuals in a collaborative setting, with great emphasis on knowledge building and sharing." - MD You and Your Job The Project Finance Credit Analyst is responsible for all aspects of the credit product including: (i) being a knowledge expert on various internal credit policies and training the team on such policies; (ii) conducting annual reviews and monitoring transactions; and (iii) structuring, conducting due diligence and financial analysis of key counterparties (offtakers, suppliers, guarantors) and preparing credit applications, Majority of customers are in the renewable energy and energy transition sector (wind, solar, energy storage, energy efficiency and energy transition). This role will be important in ensuring that the business is aligned and compliant with internal credit policies and regulatory requirements. This involves a thorough understanding of the credit landscape, including risk assessment, creditworthiness evaluation, and compliance with applicable internal policies. By maintaining a proactive approach to credit policy management, the role will contribute to mitigating risks, enhancing decision-making processes, and fostering a culture of knowledge sharing with respect to risk management, supporting sustainable growth and long-term success. Salary Expectations: Target Hiring Range VP: $140,000.00 - $230,000.00 ED: $190,000.00 - $340,000.00 This position is subject to the terms of [RAF/Rabobank/RDS]'s compensation plans and policies. It is anticipated that the position will pay within the target hiring range. The range is reflective of the desired primary physical work location and may be adjusted outside of the projected range based on geographical differentiation if the actual work location of the hired candidate differs from the desired primary location, or for other lawful reasons.
