DESCRIPTION OF WORK

In this role, you will deliver expert maintenance assistance for both the on-site and off-site facilities of the Farm Show Complex. Your responsibilities will include guaranteeing the safety and efficiency of operations throughout the year during vendor-managed events, as well as performing necessary routine maintenance on the facilities. - Full-time employment
- Work hours are 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (Sunday); 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM (Monday - Thursday), with a 30-minute lunch.
- Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- Two years of experience as a Maintenance Repairman 1; or
- Four years of experience in building and plant maintenance work, which has involved at least two of the building, electrical, or mechanical trades; or
- Any equivalent combination of experience and training that affords the applicant with the Required Knowledges, Skills, and Abilities.
Special Requirements:
- This position requires possession of a valid Pennsylvania Class C Driver's License.
Additional Requirements:
- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
