Job Description Manager, Chargeback Operations SUMMARY OF POSITION The Manager, Chargeback Operations reports into the Associate Director, Chargeback Operations, PACM team within the US Market Access organization. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate looking to grow their skills within a dynamic organization focusing on Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) membership, chargeback processing and contract interpretation. This individual will be responsible for reviewing and processing membership lists to maintain accurate contract eligibility. Additionally, this candidate will process daily chargebacks to ensure timely and accurate credits to wholesalers, pay quarterly administrative fees to our partnered GPOs and settle outstanding credit and rebills between Wholesalers, Specialty Distributors and Accounts Receivable. This position will work cross-functionally with several different groups, especially with Trade & Distribution, Accounting, DTE, Government Pricing & Programs, Contract Operations, Field Sales, Trade Accounts and Legal. Additionally, this role will require external collaboration with 3PLs, Wholesalers/Distributors and GPOs. RESPONSIBILITIES
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Pay Range: $129,440 - $194,160Disclosure Statement: The range provided is based on what we believe is a reasonable estimate for the base salary pay range for this job at the time of posting. This role is eligible for an annual bonus and annual equity awards. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements. Actual base salary pay will be based on a number of factors, including skills, competencies, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
