The Position:

We're looking for a Portable Crushing Foreman responsible for assisting with all aspects of efficient crew management, overseeing aggregate processing production and equipment needs and repair, and reinforcement of continuous quality improvement in the area of aggregate processing.

The Location:

  • Projects will vary by location throughout the state, travel and overnight stays are required.

The Candidate:

  • Valid Driver's License and satisfactory driving record.
  • A CDL is desired but not necessary.
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent is required.
  • Must be punctual, dependable and have a high ethical standard for personal and business conduct.
  • Must be self-directed and motivated; able to manage multiple conflicting and changing priorities.
  • Can be trusted with confidential information and observe anti-trust laws and regulations.
  • Can work varied hours including nights, early mornings, and weekends as needed.
  • Able to tolerate and work in variable weather conditions, and work in dirty and dusty environments.
  • Member of the appropriate trade union or willingness to become a union member are required. Union membership is not required prior to employment. Our Human Resources Department can assist in that process as needed.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience at the field level in aggregate crushing.
  • Prior experience as a Foreman.
  • Working knowledge of CMV guidelines and regulations.
