As an HVAC Technician, you will play a key role in installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems in commercial properties, ensuring systems run smoothly and efficiently while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:



  • Inspect, diagnose, and maintain HVAC systems to ensure they are operating at peak performance
  • Troubleshoot and repair HVAC issues, replacing defective components as necessary
  • Conduct system testing to verify proper functionality and efficiency
  • Provide prompt and professional response to emergency service requests
  • Accurately document all service and repair activities
  • Deliver excellent customer service by communicating clearly and effectively with clients
  • Work independently, but collaborate with team members as needed



Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years of HVAC and general maintenance experience, including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry
  • EPA Universal HVAC Certification
  • Valid driver's license
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency with computers and software for documentation
