Advantage Resourcing is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for an organized and motivated individual to join our team as an Office Administrator in Pensacola, FL. If you're looking for a role where you can showcase your multitasking skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft tools, this could be the perfect position for you. You'll play a vital role in supporting our office operations, managing key tasks such as labeling, scheduling deliveries, and handling communication. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys staying busy while helping the team stay organized and efficient.

Pay: $17.00/hr

Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Responsibilities:



  • Labeling and managing delivery schedules
  • Handling emails and correspondence
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Teams, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong, accurate typing skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to multitask efficiently and quickly




Qualifications: 2+ years of relevant experience
