Shop Mfg Leadership We are seeking a dynamic and diligent individual to join our production supervision team. Candidates with a background in a manufacturing environment are desired. Individuals need to be strong team players and self-starters with a desire to succeed. Position can expect to train on day shift for 1-2 months before returning to home shift. Requirements: -Familiarity with ADP or HRIS/ timekeeping system -Soft skills to assist with employee support -Time management skills -Decision-making skills -Prioritization of tasks -Willingness to team-build! Candidate should have good organizational skills to be able to effectively supervise hourly employees in a UNION environment. Good computer skills necessary. Requirements include a high school diploma along with a minimum of (3) years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment. Associate/Bachelor's degree in addition to experience is a plus. In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $80,000 - $95,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, education, and geographic location.
