About the Opportunity: The Company has embarked on a multi-year growth plan, with M&A as a key focus area for growth. The Corporate Development team works directly with senior leadership and its private equity owners to help shape the Company's overall growth strategy, execute acquisitions and identify new acquisition opportunities. This new role is being created to support the Company's continued growth. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented M&A Associate to join our dynamic team. This role, reporting to the Senior Director, Corporate Development, is ideal for professionals with M&A experience who are looking to contribute to the strategic growth of the Company through mergers & acquisitions (M&A), partnerships and other high-impact initiatives. This role is responsible for financial modeling, due diligence, valuation, and strategic analysis in support of the Company's strategic growth initiatives, including mergers & acquisitions, partnerships, and other corporate development activities. Location: Manchester, CT This role will be onsite and will travel about 25% of the time. Responsibilities:
