Genesis10 is currently seeking a Business Analyst/ Product Owner with our client in the financial industry located in Chandler, AZ and Minneapolis, MN. This is a 13+ month contract position. Responsibilities: Provide expertise on complex, large-scale initiatives, analyzing multifaceted challenges to develop innovative solutions while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures Create and document business requirements, workflows, and payment mapping specifications to support development and system changes Design and validate Real Time Payment (RTP) systems and payment processing flows, ensuring seamless integration with partner applications Write and execute test scripts, validate technical specifications, and ensure accuracy across payment systems Participate in Agile teams, create user stories, and manage workflows using tools like JIRA and Confluence Requirements: 7+ years of professional experience in business support, technology systems, or consulting Experience with ACH, Real Time Payments (RTP), and payment mapping Familiarity with Agile methodologies, continuous integration, and delivery Proficient in JSON, schemas, and payment messaging standards Background in financial services and payment processing systems Ability to create user stories, validate technical specifications, and write business requirements.Bottom of Form Pay Range: $52-$62 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
