Genesis10 is currently seeking a Business Execution Consultant with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 24+ month contract position. Responsibilities: Create and execute comprehensive training plans across multiple operational teams, ensuring alignment with organizational processes and strategies Leverage extensive knowledge of Loan IQ (preferably bilateral loans) and Automated Financial Systems (AFS) to train operational teams effectively Partner with team leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to identify training needs and deliver impactful programs Analyze and address moderately complex business execution challenges, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures Travel within the U.S. to conduct in-person training sessions, as required Balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, quickly re-prioritizing tasks to meet organizational demands Requirements: 4+ years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, Strategic Planning, or equivalent through work experience, training, or military service Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Loan IQ and AFS systems Proven success in developing and delivering training programs to operational teams. Strong operational understanding of organizational processes and strategic alignment Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities in a high-demand environmentBottom of Form Pay Range: $43-$53 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
