In the role of Senior Chef Manager, you will take charge of the back and front of the house operations for our food service department at The Mount Academy with its campus in Esopus, NY on the banks of the Hudson River. This private school is a four-year-high school for grades 9 - 12 founded by the Bruderhof, a Christian community movement. Your primary focus as a Sr. Chef Manager will be on maintaining a high-quality culinary program and handling all financial reporting. Alongside that, you will be responsible for menu development, inventory management, purchasing, labor and food cost controls. Furthermore, you will be in charge of personnel management, involving hiring, mentoring, counseling, training and development. Key Responsibilities:
