Job Details: Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 per year Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of accounts payable, including vendor profiles, W-9, 1099 reporting, and invoice coding. Reconcile credit card statements and general ledger accounts. Prepare monthly sales/use tax information and payroll journal entries. Review and adjust general ledger accounts and perform account reconciliations. Maintain fixed asset records and assist with month-end/year-end closing processes. Provide support during annual audits and assist the Accounting Manager as needed. Ensure compliance with GAAP, policies, and procedures. Qualifications: Five years of related experience and a bachelor's degree in accounting. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; ERP software experience is a plus. Strong organizational, time management, and independent work skills. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and judgment abilities.
