Project Manager Details:

Salary | $100,000 - $120,000

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.
• 10 years of experience in project management specifically in large federal construction projects and deep foundation work.
• Experience in managing projects with $50,000,000+ budgets (ideally for government agencies such as the Army Corps of Engineers).
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and processes.

Project Manager Job Description

• Develop, manage, and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources to optimize efficiency and outcomes.
• Collaborate with engineers, subcontractors, and field personnel.
• Foster a positive relationship with team members to enhance their skills and increase production.
• Adjust plans based on project performance.
• Remain the point of contact for clients.
• Present regular status reports for clients and senior management.
• Oversee the preparation and negotiation of contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure quality standards and safety regulations are met through regular site inspections/audits.
• Maintain all financial and forecast documentation.
• Professionally represent the company for all on-site interactions.
