Salary | $60,000 - $90,000 (depending on experience)

Qualifications:



  • Proven experience in project coordination or management in heavy civil and industrial construction projects.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of construction processes, methods, and regulations.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.


Project Coordinator Job Description



  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for heavy civil and industrial construction projects.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, architects, engineers, contactors, subcontractors, etc.
  • Perform regular site visits to monitor activities and quality of work.
  • Collaborate with the project manager to identify any potential project risks.
  • Maintain detailed documentation.
  • Facilitate meetings and follow-up on action items.
  • Support the procurement process.
  • Conduct market research to stay up to date with industry trends.
