PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION Responsible for providing day-to-day support of a specific construction activity with the direct intent to gain the hands-on skills and technical knowledge. Under the direct supervision of project leadership, responsible for supporting, learning, and performing the basic requisite skills necessary to eventually work independently within a construction management profession. KEY RESULT AREAS (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS) Provide specific construction management support
Review and help maintain supporting documentation (field books, daily reports, and safety logs) in consultation with Superintendents to form conclusions and make recommendations Arrange trucking, order fulfillment, and delivery of equipment Document work process as it relates to enhancing and or changing current company process standards
Perform basic field quality and safety inspections
Document progress of construction through tracking photos, manage administration of record keeping Develop basic spreadsheets and tools for Project Leaderships review and decision making, helping to track and coordinate aspects of the construction project (e.g .inventory, equipment, purchasing, lean etc.) Demonstrate learned skills and knowledge on a repeatable and continued advanced level Effectively work and build relationships with those of diverse backgrounds and organizational levels All other duties as assigned KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS This position requires the following with or without an accommodation; sitting, walking, standing, lifting, climbing, pushing, pulling, hearing, visual acuity, and utilization of a computer and office equipment. This person must be physically capable of reviewing a jobsite multiple times daily. The working environments consist of exposure to dirt, heat, noise, dust, and outdoor weather; as well as indoor and climate-controlled settings.
