Purpose of the Role To lead and ensure consistent application of Risk Management practices across multiple project scopes, portfolios, and contracts. The role is critical in facilitating the identification, assessment, and management of risks throughout the full project lifecycle, aligning with Worley's commitment to delivering sustainable change. This position also involves mentoring junior team members, fostering their professional growth, and enhancing the organization's overall Risk Management capability. Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain Risk Management processes, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
- Facilitate risk identification and analysis workshops, developing comprehensive project Risk Registers and providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with project teams to define Risk Management objectives aligned with project goals.
- Lead the development and delivery of Risk Management plans, ensuring timely updates and accurate reporting throughout project lifecycles.
- Provide guidance on risk assessment criteria, selection of response strategies, and implementation of action plans.
- Conduct cost and schedule risk analysis, interpreting outputs for effective communication to project teams and clients.
- Promote the use of decision risk analysis techniques where applicable, encouraging innovation and data-driven decision-making.
- Offer leadership and support to junior Risk Management personnel, including training, feedback, and development opportunities.
- Engage with internal teams and external clients to resolve risk-related issues, ensuring alignment with Worley's sustainability objectives.
- Actively contribute to the development of Risk Management tools and processes as part of Worley's global network.
- Represent the organization in external forums, presenting Risk Management topics and sharing best practices.

Essential Qualifications and Training:
- Higher National Diploma, Associate Degree, or Advanced Diploma in a relevant discipline.
- Recognized qualification in Risk Management (e.g., IRM International Certificate in Risk Management) or equivalent professional experience.
Desirable Qualifications and Training:
- Bachelor's degree (minimum 2:1) in Risk Management, Project Management, Engineering, or a related analytical discipline.
Essential Experience:
- Significant experience (minimum 10 years) in Project Risk Management across diverse projects.
- Proficiency in Risk Management software (e.g., Monte Carlo simulation tools) and quantitative cost and schedule risk analysis.
- Strong track record in technical project delivery or related industries.
Desirable Experience:
- Familiarity with Worley's business lines and internal project delivery processes.
- Knowledge of various industry Risk Management tools and applications.
- Experience conducting departmental audits and implementing improvements in Risk Management systems.

- Proven leadership skills and ability to mentor junior team members.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, including confident presentation abilities.
