Job Summary This position is responsible for ensuring the responses to our current and potential accounts are accurate, compelling, and meaningful from an IT perspective. This role will need to ensure timelines are met and will work across the enterprise to improve answers, capture the latest and greatest enhancements available, ensure the company is contractually protected in its commitments, and find ways to improve the overall sales/RFP/contracting process.

Required Job Qualifications:
*Bachelor's degree and 4 years Information Technology, business analysis specific experience OR Technical Certification and/or College Courses and 6 year Information Technology, business analysis specific experience OR 8 years Information Technology, business analysis specific experience.
*1 year experience leading project.
*Knowledge of system architecture and application portfolio.
*Knowledge of requirements management and/or prototyping (ALM, Jira, RallyDev, Balsamiq, iRise).
*Ability to simplify & standardize complex concepts and/or processes.
*Business acumen.
*Project management skills.
*Requirements definition and management.
*SDLC, Iterative, Agile, OWF, and /or Scrum development.
*Problem solving and/or analytical thinking.
*Possess ability to manage workload, and manage multiple priorities, as applicable.
*Written and verbal communications

Preferred Job Qualifications:
*Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Administration, or Information Technology.
*Analytical thinking and consultative problem solving skills.
*Business process management and modeling.
*Experience working in healthcare industry.
*Ability to describe root cause and remediation efforts of production issues to non-technical resources.
*Ability to read, decipher, and propose language in legal terms.
*Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
*Familiarity with Responsive tool is a plus.

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plansubject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.
