Seeking a Business Manager is responsible for the overall direction of the company. This includes leading all aspects of Sales, Customer Service, Fleet Maintenance, and Logistics, including achievement of financial and performance goals.
Responsibilities: * Assimilate a broad range of information and work successfully with both internal and external customers. * Efficiently prioritize workloads and manage shop personnel to ensure equipment is serviced and repaired timely. * Maintain company standards with the facility and equipment. * Monitor and ensure safety and environmental compliance. * Ensure compliance to all corporate quality standards. * Communicate with customers and vendors to ensure KPI's are met. * Build and nurture long-term relationships with key customers, contractors, and partners. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure equipment availability, timely delivery, and service support. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and territory performance in CRM systems. * Ensure all customer, vendor, and required accounting transactions are recorded in a timely manner. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree preferred. * 3+ years of experience in industrial equipment sales, rentals, or a related industry * Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and rental targets * Strong proficiency with ERP and CRM systems, preferably NetSuite. * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills * Proficient in interpreting blueprints/shop drawings. * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing. * Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
