Overview SRI is looking for a Compensation Analyst to work with other Human Resources stakeholders and business teams to support the design, development, implementation, and administration of our Compensation programs. This role will also make recommendations regarding employee compensation, FLSA status, job levels, and provide guidance to internal clients on various compensation issues. In addition, the role will assist in the administration of the compensation planning cycle process and annual salary survey submissions. The Compensation Analyst will report to the Sr. Director of Compensation & HRIS. This position offers a remote work schedule within the U.S. Responsibilities Compensation Analysis
Administer and implement compensation programs to and structure by conducting job evaluations, market pricing, determine job grades, and analyze market data to ensure company's competitive pay position.

Qualifications
The salary range is: $77,592.00 - $128,510.00/annually. Salary ranges will vary and are based on several factors, including geographic location, market competitiveness and equity amongst internal employees in similar roles. Positions may also qualify for SRI's Pay for Outstanding Performance program or the annual Performance Based Compensation program.
