As a Branch Manager, you'll play a critical role in our organization; responsible for directing all branch operations, including sales, service, delivery, and business development strategies. Your efforts will contribute to maintaining an efficient, clean, safe, and orderly branch operation that benefits our employees, customers, and vendors.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Oversee all branch operations to ensure the achievement of desired results.
    • Develop and execute strategies to drive product growth and profitability.
    • Focus on delivering exceptional customer service and embrace opportunities to expand the market and/or market share.
    • Execute and support daily tasks, such as order entry, answering phones, purchasing products, deliveries, end-of-day procedures, sales tax errors and pricing/profitability.
    • Know and understand a profit and loss statement. How to use as a tool to become more efficient and capitalize on opportunities.
    • Provide guidance, training and support to help the team excel in their roles. Inspire the team with the vision of leadership at Silver Creek and Heritage.
    • Work with ASM and TMs in developing sales strategies to achieve their goals and to have product growth.
    • Stay up to date with industry advancements and communicate relevant information to internal staff.
    • Analyze market performance, identify growth opportunities and implement corrective actions when necessary.
    • Plan and conduct strategic branch staff meetings monthly and bi-monthly sales meetings.
  • Qualification Requirements:
    • Strategic thinker and achieve the skills to analyze market trends and develop innovative solutions.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills required. Must be comfortable in group settings and presenting.
    • Must have the ability and desire to work within a "team" environment. Communicate the "vison" and put together the execution of the "vison".
    • Proven success in building strong relationships with vendors and customers.
    • Commitment to leading and developing staff while providing excellent service throughout the branch operation.
