Learn more at GCE.org. Overview The Employment Consultant II is responsible for helping people with disabilities obtain and maintain successful employment. This position will: assist with the recruitment of individuals with disabilities seeking employment; assess the vocational supports and preferences needed for success; establish a person-centered employment plan; coordinate employment opportunities between individuals with disabilities and employers; provide on-site job retention services to ensure training and workplace accommodations are in place to support successful job retention; provide pre-employment training.
