The Client Success Specialist (CSS) will be responsible for maintaining a high level of Customer Service care and managing customer accounts assigned to them. By using both proprietary programs and processes, the CSS will be responsible for providing value added service solutions to both prospective and existing partners. The CSS will be integral to furthering account retention and potential opportunities through account care and proactive measures.

The position is remote in Virginia Beach, VA.

Essential Functions

• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers via telephone, email, webinar and messaging solutions.

• Oversee all aspects of onboarding of assigned house accounts to include, setup, vetting of services, potential opportunities and retention procedures.

• Capable of setting up, documenting and maintaining new or former customer accounts in reQuire CRM and related CRM platforms.

• Able to train partner to use direct integrations, installed merge solutions and/or website solutions.

• Evaluates prospect needs, by determining service needs, growth capacity, opportunities and suggesting service solutions that best benefit the customer.

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent work; Preferred Associates Degree or higher.

Experience

• Minimum of 1 year experience in related Business Services role or similar field.

• Previous Technical experience in computer software training.

• Compensation: $17.69-$22.12/hour

Essential Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Must have excellent organizational skills.

• Must be proficient in Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word, and Microsoft Outlook.

• A knowledge of and an ability to operate office equipment such as copiers, fax machines, printers, phone systems and scanners.

• A knowledge of the internet and ability to navigate to sites and web applications.

• Must be able to positively interact with people on a daily basis.

Working Conditions

Work is performed in climate controlled indoor administrative office setting. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate, depending upon office or meeting location.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate. The employee frequently is required to remain stationary. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move 10 pounds. Vision: Close and distance required with ability to see objects in presence of glare or bright lighting (e.g., computer screen). Speech/Hearing: Frequently interact with management, vendors, coworkers, industry constituents, clients and the public.
