Are you ready to make your mark? If you're a seasoned sales professional with executive presence and experience leading other sales team members, we have an exciting opportunity for you! Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Woodward's Aerospace Sales, Marketing & Services department, the Sales Director is responsible for achieving revenue and growth objectives, building and maintaining relationships, and finding new sales opportunities. The Military OEM Sales Director leads a team of Sales Managers that cover Military OEM customers to ensure WWD secures follow-on production and services orders on existing programs and positions Woodward for growth on next generation military programs. The Tier 1 OEM Sales Director leads a team of Sales Managers that cover Tier 1 OEMs that provide major systems or sub-systems to prime contractors, engine and aircraft manufacturers that serve Civil and Military aerospace industry segments. This team's mission is to secure follow-on orders for existing programs and position Woodward to win new business on next generation programs. What You Will Be Doing
