We have an immediate position available for a Laborer at our LRI 304th Street Landfill in Graham, WA. In this position, you will wear many hats, but your main duties may include directing traffic, operating site ancillary equipment, site housekeeping, and maintaining the site control systems for stormwater, landfill gas, and leachate management. If you don't mind getting your hands dirty and are a self-motivated, hardworking individual with good communication skills, we want to talk to you. This is a full-time, year-round position with a great company. Pay and Schedule: Monday - Friday from 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM with monthly or occasional Saturdays. The starting pay range will be $20.00 - $22.00/HR. Responsibilities Include: Perform assigned duties working at the transfer station. General site clean-up Possible small equipment operation Flagging / Directing traffic as it comes through. Helping / Interacting with customers. The ideal candidate will possess: At least1 year of work experience. Preferably in aposition where you utilize customer service skills. The ability tostand outsidethroughout a 10-hour shift. The ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly. Must pass a drug screen and pre-employment background check.
