City Experiences is seeking a Sales Operations & Enablement Specialist for our Sales division

About You:

This person will be adaptable, dynamic, and embody City Experiences' RESPECT Service System.

About the Opportunity:

The Sales Operations & Enablement Specialist is a hybrid role that bridges the gap between sales enablement, operations, and data management. This position empowers the sales team through training, process improvements, system enhancements, and actionable insights, ensuring they have the tools, resources, and support needed to achieve their goals efficiently.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Training and Team Support



  • Assist with onboarding and ongoing training for Salesforce, Anchor, and other sales tools to ensure team proficiency.
  • Act as an additional point of contact along with the DSOE for troubleshooting Salesforce and Anchor issues, resolving problems promptly.
  • Develop and maintain a library of training resources, guides, and best practices for the sales team.
  • Support team members with hands-on assistance during system updates or feature rollouts.
  • Partner with leadership to identify skill gaps and provide targeted training to address them.


Process Optimization and Automation



  • Design, implement, and refine automated workflows in Salesforce and Anchor to streamline lead management and reporting.
  • Analyze sales processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to optimize workflows.
  • Ensure automation and processes align with team goals and operational strategies.
  • Collaborate with leadership to document and implement process changes.
  • Monitor system usage and ensure adherence to operational processes by the sales team.


System Enhancements and Testing



  • Partner with cross-functional teams to implement and test new system features or enhancements.
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure smooth rollout of features and enhancements for Salesforce, Anchor, and other tools.
  • Collect and analyze user feedback to recommend updates or enhancements for improved functionality.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of system changes, workflows, and enhancements for team reference.
  • Serve as the point of contact for testing and validating integrations with third-party tools


Data-Driven Insights and Reporting



  • Support data integrity efforts by identifying and addressing data quality issues in Salesforce and Anchor.
  • Assist with building and maintaining dashboards to track KPIs, team performance, and sales trends.
  • Analyze and provide lead performance metrics, offering insights on lead management and distribution adjustments to maximize efficiency.
  • Provide data insights to leadership to inform decision-making and improve team efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the DSOE to identify key metrics and ensure alignment with reporting requirements.
  • Regularly audit system data to ensure accuracy and support operational goals.


Requirements & Qualifications:



  • 2+ years in sales enablement, sales operations, or a similar role. Experience with Salesforce or CRM systems is highly preferred.
  • Prefer bachelor's degree preferably in a discipline related to the work of the position
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, automation tools, and basic data analysis. Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau is a plus.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products
