Position OverviewThe Sr Sales & Business Development Manager, Solution Providers will serve as the external face of T-Mobile to prospect high value connected solution and service provider (CSP) partners, owning the full sales cycle from outreach to full execution and management of the contract and partner relationship. Your job is to engage new partners and shorten the sales cycle to maximize revenue opportunities for your targeted accounts in your funnel and assigned territories. You will drive the creation and development of new partnerships structuring related product/service strategies vital to T-Mobile's connected solution and service provider business. This leader will be responsible for progressing partner opportunities through all funnel stages, closing deals and delivering against metrics. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to obtain the support and approvals required to accelerate the full execution and delivery of the partner deals. You will also work alongside implementation and support teams to onboard and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of your partner portfolio. Job Responsibilities:

The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
