Fairfax Behavioral Health, founded in 1930, is a private, free-standing mental health hospital that specializes in psychiatric and detox treatment. POSITION SUMMARY

Fairfax Behavioral Health is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist (Evening Shift 3pm-11:30pm) (Weekends required) at our Kirkland location for greeting and assisting all visitors, answering the switchboard, preparing and coding daily receivables, maintaining the facility census book, documenting incoming deliveries, and providing clerical support as requested. In addition, the Receptionist assists with various clerical duties and projects as assigned.


Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS:

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Preferred Experience: Two (2) years of experience on a multi-line telephone switchboard, preferably in a heath care environment and any combination of education, training, or experience in a hospital environment.

Additional Requirements: May be required to work occasional overtime and flexible hours. Successful completion of Verbal De-Escalation Certification; provided during Fairfax new hire training.

Work hours: 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.
