The Job Leads the implementation of SCAN Group's Clinical Technology Department's vision and strategy for managing the clinical ventures IT Development, Operations, IT Vendor Management Development and Planning activities. Ensures smooth operations that are compliant with all levels of governmental agencies, company policies, procedures and Manage and maintain a strong and effective partnership with clinical stakeholders. Promote uniform implementation of IT software and services by defining, developing, and implementing tactical budgets and plans, and long- and short-term organizational goals, while operating under the defined IT strategic plan and vision. Provide hands on technical support and administration of systems as needed by the portfolio companies. You Will
- Understand the market/customer challenges and provide effective technology solutions to introduce and improve efficiency.
- Manage multiple client expectations. Develop and grow an effective team cross functional team of product managers, engineers, and analysts to support the portfolio of product .
- Partner with the clinical teams to ensure that their needs are appropriately configured in the EMR, CRM, telephony and other critical tools.
- Design our current and future state technology blueprint by understanding the needs of key stakeholders in our value-based care delivery that is integrated with a health plan.
- Identify and evaluate best-of-breed technology vendors to select those best suited for our needs and negotiate contracts with those selected partners that promotes products that will have the greatest benefit for clinicians and patients.
- Build scalable solutions to support fast-paced growth.
- Lead, define, and design cloud infrastructure strategy and approach.
- Manage vendors on an ongoing basis to ensure compliance with contracts and service level agreements; troubleshoot technical problems as they arise to minimize disruption.
- Leverage deep understanding of clinical team's knowledge of care model to bring new ideas to the table and evaluate new, emerging technologies.
- Be a quick learner and comfortable diving into a subject matter area; Proactively identifies key problems/risks and recommends solutions; Communicates (written and verbal) effectively to internal audiences.
- Builds strong partnerships with Portfolio leads and established trust and an open culture for continuous collaboration.
- Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; maintaining a safe and secure work environment; developing personal growth opportunities.
- Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching and counseling employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures and closely tying product innovation and improvement to company goals.

Your Qualifications
- Master's degree in technology or Bachelors plus 5 years of experience in Healthcare industry preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Healthcare IT, including IT development, operations, and vendor management.
- Proven ability to design and execute technology blueprints aligned with value-based care delivery models.
- Hands-on experience with configuring and managing EMR, CRM, telephony, and other clinical tools to meet clinical team needs.
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional teams (e.g., product managers, engineers, analysts) to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions.
- Experience building and scaling IT infrastructure to support rapid organizational growth.
- Demonstrated success in selecting, negotiating, and managing best-of-breed technology vendors to maximize benefits for clinicians and patients.
- Skilled in troubleshooting technical challenges and maintaining seamless IT operations while ensuring compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs) and regulatory standards.
- Experience utilizing SAFe frameworks to manage portfolios of technology solutions across diverse clinical and operational environments; Ability to translate clinical care models into actionable Agile initiatives, ensuring that EMR, CRM, telephony, and other tools are continuously improved and aligned with stakeholder needs;
- Expertise in developing and managing tactical budgets and long-term strategic IT plans.
- Experience leading cloud infrastructure strategy, design, and implementation.
- Familiarity with healthcare compliance standards and governmental regulatory requirements.
- Strong knowledge of emerging technologies in healthcare and their applications for improving clinical and operational efficiency.
- History of fostering collaboration and building trust with stakeholders, including clinical and operational leaders.
- Proven ability to balance client expectations while managing multiple high-priority projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management or Agile
